Waltham Forest Flames were on fire in their game against Bromley Pythons, pulling away with a significant 12 point lead to win 36-24 on Sunday 6th December at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.

Flames’ Filip Wojtczak was hot from the start of the game where he continued to knock down threes to help his team secure an early lead of 16-9 going into the half.

With great defence from Sam Barker and Josh Thompson, Flames managed to double their points to 32-18 by the end of the third before pulling away with a convincing win to leave Pythons trailing behind by 12.

Game MVP, Wojtczak, finished with 15 points in total. He said, “We dominated and stayed focus throughout the game. A lot of my buckets came through playing well as a unit and so today’s win was down to a great team effort.”
