The Kensington and Chelsea Knights’ under 12 team celebrated their first win over Gintaras with newcomers Camille, Amani Kasseyet and Beau Brown making an incredible appearance on court.
The Knights keep player development at heart and this is true of Camille who is one of the very talented girls to be playing on the team.
“I love being in a team because it pushes me to become a better player,” Camille said.
The Knights displayed a great team effort throughout the entire game, making sure everyone had an equal chance to shine.
Knights’ Brian Chen hit the nail on the head when talking about team work. He said, “If one person is scoring all the buckets, then what’s the point? We share the ball and spread the love!”
