Sharks look to be a well-organised and well-coached welcomed new addition to the league, bringing a wave of eager anticipation to see if they can shake things up in the CBL top division.
KG12 Academy is the basketball development program of former Euroleague star Kerem Gonlum who has relocated to London and is giving back to the next generation through his KG12 Basketball Academy. KG12 is about learning to play from one of the best players in Europe, while also benefitting from the life lessons learnt through a highly successful international career that featured match ups against Lebron James, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. In his native Turkey, Gonlum is a megastar – and it’s an honour and privilege to have his expertise and teams competing in the CBL.
KG12 lost out to title contenders Chiswick Gators in their first game of the season by 7 points, so will look to bounce back in this one.
