Recap
Access 2 Sports (6-1) take on the Camden Knights (1-6) in a 2nd vs 7th place match up.
Access 2 Sports are a tough, talented and motivated young squad who almost completed the regular season with an undefeated record – narrowly missing out to conference foes Westside by just 3 points. Led by the divisions leading scorer Manie Joses (14.4ppg), A2S will be one of the favourites to get to the U12 finals.
Camden are a young, developing team who are still finding their feet in the league. Coach Max Gvozdenovic is a vastly experienced coach who understands the process: “For our under 12’s this season is about experience and learning what it is like to play organised games. We look to build upon everything we’ve learnt this season and continue to develop over the summer and into next season”.
CBL INSIDER: “A2S are deep and well drilled by head coach Justin Hitchman and with Manie Joses, they have the top U12 scorer this season. Expect A2S to win this one and progress through to the conference semi-finals. Camden are still young and learning, so expect them to develop from this and come back stronger next season”.
