Newcomers, Make Time Sports (MTS), are a close-knit team who have already made a lot of noise in the CBL, especially after defeating the Wandsworth Wolves 41-29 on Sunday 11th December 2016.
MTS’ Isaiah Britton handled the game well, finding open shots to nail 9 points in total, whilst also sharing the ball to allow trio, Justin Rudder, Isaiah Roberts, and Louis Orlebar bank 6 points each to sustain their team’s lead.
Lead scorer, Morgan Sullivan, showed out for the Wolves, outplaying his competition at times with great skill and determination.
But the new kids on the block proved they have what it takes to bite back against the Wolves, and a great performance from MTS saw them take home the W with a 12point margin.
MTS’ Game MVP, Isaiah Britton, said, “At MTS, we have team chemistry on lock. Our friendship and bond between us players and our coaches get us through any game, regardless of our competition. We’re having a lot fun playing in the CBL this season, and so we’re going to keep up the hard work in time for our next game.”
