The OWE program brought a whole new energy and perspective to the CBL and has gathered new friends, fans and supporters from all across the city. Started by a passionate group of fathers who provide positive leadership for the children of servicemen and women currently serving their country overseas, the basketball program has established a new level of talent, work ethic and positive competition within the U12 and U14 divisions. In this episode we learn all about the program from founder and OWE President Kenneth ‘KC’ Colbert and gain valuable insights into the players and overall OWE movement.
