The WCBL playoffs feature the top 8 teams from the division. The initial two rounds are conducted as single elimination games, where each seeded team must win to advance. The winners of the semi-final rounds will move on to the CBL Finals, a climactic ‘winner takes all’ single game that concludes the season.Top 8 teams:

- COLA, RDF and A4U all finished with the same win/loss record and all split wins against one another.
- COLA secure the second seed with the higher points differential (+35)
- RDF secure the third seed as the higher overall point scoring team (217 points)
